the staff were cute, and readily available (the reception was staffed 24/7). my room included bramley toiletries and cozy bath robes. i enjoyed a drink in the residents lounge before exploring the area.
i experienced a minor inconvenience . the noisy heating pipes disrupted my sleep throughout the night. i hope this issue is addressed .

The staff was friendly and cute. They allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel until the room was ready. The staff even took them up to our room. This was a nice touch.
I found screws coming through the floorboard. The staircases were also very dark. I felt disappointed with my stay because of these issues. No commercial gesture was offered for the inconvenience.
